RMBL Investments Newsletter — December 2020

Quarterly Update

We are getting closer to living with COVID-19 at acceptable levels. The Federal Government is making available significant liquidity to ensure that the Australian economy rebounds from the pandemic. Included in this, is the direction to major banks to relax their lending guidelines and support both the SME and housing sectors.

Victoria is leading in the COVID-19 recovery now and at the land estates, sales are picking up and enquiry is strong.

No doubt you will remain measured in this COVID normal environment, but if you are comfortable, we can meet with you and discuss any of your needs.

Interest Rates

RMBL has therefore reviewed interest rates on loans to remain competitive, also factoring in the high liquidity levels we are seeing. We have reduced interest rates on many loans on our books to reflect the current market conditions, history of Borrowers and quality of loans, including loan-to-value ratios. Rates currently range from 5.75% to 8.50% per annum (variable).

Demand For New Funds

Liquidity levels remain high within RMBL due to Borrowers settling sales and Members depositing significant funds. However, in these uncertain times we will remain cautious in approving new facilities.

We will focus our attention on supporting longstanding Borrowers with their activities and development projects. Our ability to fund good quality projects is critical at this time.

Please visit our Investment Opportunities page on our website to browse some of the projects being funded.

Please contact Andre Bokos on (03) 9213 5704 or Dawn Arendse on (03) 9213 5708 to discuss investing additional funds.

Cyber Fraud Threats

We would strongly suggest that, if you intend to electronically deposit funds to our Trust account, you call our office to verify any such email instructions before acting on the same.
