RMBL Investments Newsletter — June 2020
--
Quarterly Update
Funds under management now exceed $1.14 billion. Our fund size continues to grow, largely due to RMBL’s interest rates and the loyalty of its Members.
Announcement — COVID-19
RMBL is an essential business.
It is more important than ever for us to stay connected with our Members through this fast changing environment.
We are speaking to Borrowers regularly. Works on current projects are continuing to enable completion and settlement of pre-sales to occur.
If during this uncertain time you need access to your funds to meet extraordinary needs or assist family members with urgent needs, please let us know. We will attend to such requests as quickly as we are able to within the terms of our PDS.
Interest Rates
RMBL’s standard variable interest rate is 7.0% per annum. At this time we do not intend to reduce our interest rates. We will continue to charge Borrowers predominantly between 7.0% and 8.5% (variable) depending on the individual loan criteria.
Demand for New Funds
We have advised our long-standing Borrowers that we will focus our attention on supporting their activities and development projects during these times.
Our ability to continue funding good quality projects is critical at this time.
We are currently funding some high quality development projects. Please visit our Investment
Opportunities page to browse available opportunities.
Please contact Andre Bokos on (03) 9213 5704 or Dawn Arendse on (03) 9213 5708 to discuss investing additional funds.
Cyber Fraud Threats
Cyber criminals are becoming very sophisticated and can impersonate emails, purporting to be from RMBL.
RMBL’s Trust account is a Westpac Bank account ending in ***-767. We would strongly suggest that, if you intend to electronically deposit funds to our Trust account, you call our office to verify any such email instructions before acting on the same.
